It was a hot mess and that is just the way we like it, at the opening of “Bootie”, Saturday night at Mezzanine. The place filled up early for this anticipated party and gave us the night we’ve all come to expect..pirates, sexy beats and got our backsides shaken’ to a live performance by resident band Smash Up Derby. We’d like to extend a huge Congratulations to Scene of Action for winning Live 105’s Local Band Contest, and we are pleased to announce that they will be sharing the stage with Muse, AFI, Metric, 30 Seconds To Mars and Vampire Weekend this Friday at the Oakland Arena!
