It was a hot mess and that is just the way we like it, at the opening of “Bootie”, Saturday night at Mezzanine. The place filled up early for this anticipated party and gave us the night we’ve all come to expect..pirates, sexy beats and got our backsides shaken’ to a live performance by resident band Smash Up Derby. Dizzy Balloon’s 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Extravaganza … With amazing performances by: Scene of Action, Luke Franks Or The Federalists, The Jakes & of course Dizzy Balloon. The artists played to a packed house of all ages.

There were games to play, a dance floor with a pole, if you so desire and stripper clowns burlesque performers to keep the attendees in the mood. Definitely not for the shy or timid. But for those who knew what they wanted…well they got it at Mission Control.
